I’ve been in the health and beauty industry for over a decade and know 1st hand how burnout, a poor work life balance and over commitment can wreck your physical and emotional health. As a cancer survivor who is still fiercely fighting for and protecting for my own health and well-being while running a business, I understand the challenges women face on a day to day basis. I have always cherished, beauty,  harmony and balance in life. From a young age, I have pursued wellness and consciously focused on maintaining my physical and emotional health. My deep-rooted desire to help others became evident early on, and little did I know this innate passion would lead me to the Healing Arts, a path woven into my family lineage. Healing has long been a tradition in my family. My grandmother possessed remarkable spiritual gifts, alongside an extraordinary talent for healing others. This legacy was passed down to my mother, who similarly embraced her gifts, nurturing me with an understanding of the healing touch. It became clear to me that pursuing a career in massage therapy was not merely a choice but a fulfilling continuation of my family's heritage. The Girls Girl Digital emerged from a vision of balance and fulfillment. Since 2011, I have focused on my discipline in the health and wellness and beauty industry while being sensitive to the unique challenges women face in managing their professional and personal lives.

My goal is provide supportive tools and inspiration for other busy women that support them in creating a more balanced work/life routine, caring for our skin, and maintaining our health and well-being. My business also providing wellness solutions for the teams and companies we lead while staying committed to our purpose-driven careers. We offer tools, resources, and strategies that help women achieve the harmony they seek, allowing them to enjoy life more fully. At The Girls Girl Digital, we celebrate sisterhood and support one another in creating lives filled with freedom, balance, and success. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and those we inspire.
